Starting January 2025, we’re looking for an
IT System Administrator (all genders) to join our team. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Set up new employees’ devices and accounts, provide system orientation, and support smooth transitions when employees leave, including retrieving equipment and securing accounts.
- Support company-specific software and common Mac applications.
- Provide user support via online channels (Slack, MS Teams) and on-site (Munich).
- Optimise and configure our systems to meet company requirements (Intune, Defender, etc.).
- Maintain and manage MS SharePoint & Active Directory.
- Coordinate with hardware suppliers and service companies.
- Manage office infrastructure (switches, WLAN).
- Inventory, license management, resource management, and training management.
